NEW ALBANY – New Albany has changed the times for its junior
varsity and varsity games with Evansville Central on Saturday at The Doghouse.
The JV contest will tip off at 2:30 p.m., followed by the
varsity game at about 4 p.m. The contests were originally scheduled for 6:30
p.m. JV and 8 p.m. varsity.
The reason why the times were changed was because of the
Central girls’ basketball team competing in the Class 4A Bedford North Lawrence
Regional on Saturday.
In addition, the New Albany athletic department will be selling tickets for the Providence and Bedford North Lawrence games from 6-7 p.m. Thursday in the Vincennes Street entrance of The Doghouse. The Bulldogs will host Providence on Friday and travel to Bedford on Friday, Feb. 17.
